Delivery & Return Policy

We deliver across Bangalore. The cost is based on the distance and is calculated at the checkout based on your address.

 1. Delivery within 3 KM's radius in Whitefield is FREE (no minimum order).
 2. Beyond 3 KM, delivery charges would vary based on distance
 3. Our orders are made fresh to order and orders are delivered post 12 PM.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns. However, we will be glad to replace any item that has been damaged due to errors from our side or if they are damaged during deliveries done by our staff. It is the customers responsibility to check the product before accepting it. We will not be liable for any damages post delivery.

Delays in deliveries can be expected during lock downs, rains and other unforeseen situations. These are unfortunately not in our control and refund or returns will not be possible.

Any External Deliveries organised by the customer do not qualify for returns for safety reasons.

We do not accept cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date, not the delivery time, due to the nature of the product. Cancellations will be considered if made prior to 24 hours to the date of delivery. 

The Yummy Treats will not accept cancellations for orders that have items ordered from external vendors like flowers, toppers, toys etc.
